Description NeoNail Blinking Cover Pink Revital Fiber Base Coat 7.2ml. A strengthening/building base coat enriched with nylon fibres, calcium, Vitamin E and B5. The nylon fibres create a protective layer on the nail plate, preventing the nails from breaking by penetrating into any micro-cracks of the nail plate, as well as making them really strong and wear-resistant! Revital Base Fiber has a thick consistency so is also ideal for extending the nails up to approx.7 mm.     How to Apply Revitol Base without the application of a coloured hybrid gel polish :- File & shape the nail plate and then gently matte the nail plate using a sanding block. It is really important to do it gently to avoid damaging the nail plate. Remove any dust with a nail duster. Wipe each with a lint free wipe and NeoNail Nail Cleaner. Apply your chosen nail primer and if you are extending, now is the time to add the nail template. Remember to roll the bottle of Revital between the palms of your hands before using and then apply a thin layer (always think “Thin to Win”) and cure. Then a second coat (slightly thicker layer this time) and cure. To achieve the correct nail structure repeat if necessary. After curing remove the nail template form. Gently file the nails to the desired shape with 180 grit file. Remove any dust. Wipe each nail with    lint-free wipe and nail cleaner Last but not least – Apply a thin layer of your chosen Neonail Top Coat and cure. Wipe off the inhibition layer/tacky layer with Nail Cleaner.
