The FAIRY DR 3D / FAIRY DR 3D from Allengers, model MAM VENUS , is a high-precision full-field digital mammography system with optional 3D tomosynthesis for advanced diagnostic performance in breast cancer detection. Available in 5 KW and 8 KW configurations, the system delivers consistent imaging results with enhanced visualization of dense breast tissue. Equipped with a 24x30 cm flat panel detector (FPD), the system features high DQE, excellent spatial resolution, and wide dynamic range. The fully motorized isocentric gantry ensures ergonomic operation, while Smart AEC (Automatic Exposure Control) uses advanced algorithms to optimize radiation exposure based on breast density. FAIRY DR 3D offers fast image acquisition with minimal distortion and shadowing. The system supports 2D and 3D imaging in a single sitting, improving patient comfort and diagnostic accuracy. The 8KW model is upgradable to CEDM (Contrast-Enhanced Digital Mammography) and compatible with digital stereotactic biopsy and wide-angle tomosynthesis mode ( 27° acquisition angle) as optional features. A dedicated reporting workstation with dual-head monitors completes the imaging ecosystem for efficient workflow and clear diagnostics.
